|
Before you begin this task:
Create and define an Organization Model
- Select a starting point and click (Business Process Model) to open an existing business process model.
- From Workspace Documents > <project> content tree view, select required <organizational unit> and drag-drop it on to the required human task in the <business process model>. Alternatively, drag and drop an organizational unit onto the empty business process modeling environment and then design the business process. A swimlane carrying the same name as that of the selected organizational unit appears indicating that the selected organization unit is integrated with the relevant human task in the business process. The role and all worklists associated with the role of the selected organizational unit are now attached to the selected human task.
The organization unit is integrated within the business process.
